Collaborative Conversational Analytics Features

1. Chat host can invite users to any chat session for collaboration. Invited users must be part of the same Org and Data Environment as the host.

The invited user will have full access only to the shared conversation, questions, answers, steps. They cannot access other chat sessions that they are not a part of.

1. Any invited user can be tagged in the chat with '@' to leave a comment addressed to them. This comment will be shown to anyone who is part of that chat session.

1. The comment tagged with a user will not be read or processed by AI.
